  Farm Fresh White Eggs and Premium Desi Eggs, available in 6-Pack, 12-Pack, and Full Tray formats
• 
  Wholesale egg supply for restaurants, cafes, retailers, food suppliers, and institutional buyers
• 
  Export of eggs to international buyers

All EggCelent products are halal-certified, raised without antibiotics or growth stimulants, and subject to regular quality checks before dispatch. Product availability may vary depending on season, farm output, and stock levels. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any product listing without prior notice.

• 
  We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
• 
  For wholesale orders, a minimum order quantity (MOQ) may apply. Our sales team will confirm MOQ requirements at the time of enquiry.
• 
  Orders once confirmed and dispatched cannot be cancelled.
• 
  For recurring or subscription supply arrangements, terms will be agreed separately in writing.

Important: EggCelent does not automatically process or fulfil online form submissions as confirmed orders. Our team will contact you to confirm all order details before dispatch.

• 
  All payments must be made in full before or at the time of delivery, unless a credit arrangement has been agreed in writing.
• 
  EggCelent does not store or process payment card details on our servers. Online payments are handled by secure third-party payment processors.
• 
  In the event of non-payment, EggCelent reserves the right to suspend future orders and pursue recovery of outstanding amounts.
• 
  For export orders, payment terms including advance payment, LC, or other instruments will be specified in the export agreement.

• 
  Delivery dates and times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We will notify you of any significant delays.
• 
  Delivery is available across eligible areas in Pakistan. Contact our team to confirm delivery availability in your location.
• 
  For wholesale and export orders, delivery or shipping arrangements will be confirmed at the time of order.
• 
  Risk and ownership of Products transfer to the Customer upon successful delivery.
• 
  If you are unavailable to receive an order at the agreed time, our delivery team will attempt to contact you. We reserve the right to charge a re-delivery fee for failed delivery attempts due to the customer's unavailability.
• 
  EggCelent is not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including road conditions, weather, or logistics disruptions.

• 
  All Products are farm-fresh, halal-certified, and free from antibiotics and growth stimulants.
• 
  Eggs are perishable goods. Once delivered, it is your responsibility to store them correctly, in a cool, dry place or refrigerated as appropriate.
• 
  EggCelent cannot be held responsible for deterioration in quality caused by improper storage after delivery.
• 
  If you believe a delivered Product does not meet our stated quality standards, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order. Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.

• 
  The wrong product was delivered (e.g. wrong pack size or egg type).
• 
  The delivered eggs were broken, damaged, or visibly spoiled at the time of delivery.
• 
  The delivered product does not match the confirmed order specification.

The following conditions apply to all replacement requests:

• 
  You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us at info@eggcelent.com.pk or calling +92 42 345 56765.
• 
  Photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect items may be required before a replacement is approved.
• 
  Replacements are subject to stock availability and will be dispatched at the earliest available delivery slot.
• 
  Replacements will not be provided for complaints raised after 24 hours of delivery.
• 
  Products that have been stored incorrectly, consumed, or tampered with after delivery are not eligible for replacement.
• 
  EggCelent reserves the right to assess each claim individually and decline replacements that do not meet the above criteria.

• 
  Wholesale pricing is available for eligible buyers and is subject to volume thresholds confirmed by our sales team.
• 
  All wholesale pricing and supply agreements must be confirmed in writing before the first order is processed.
• 
  EggCelent reserves the right to revise wholesale pricing in line with market conditions. Advance notice will be given where possible.
• 
  For export orders, all shipments are subject to applicable Pakistani export regulations, quarantine requirements, and destination-country import rules. The buyer is responsible for compliance with destination-country regulations.
• 
  Export documentation, including certificates of origin, halal certificates, and phytosanitary certificates, will be provided upon request and subject to applicable fees.
• 
  Minimum order quantities, lead times, and Incoterms for export will be specified in the export agreement.

  Use our website in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful to EggCelent or any third party
• 
  Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or its underlying systems
• 
  Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or disruptive material
• 
  Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from our website without our prior written permission
• 
  Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data from our website

EggCelent reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the website for any user who violates these conditions. We do not guarantee that our website will be available at all times, and we accept no liability for interruptions in service.

  Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage arising from the use of our Products or website
• 
  Loss of profit, revenue, business, or anticipated savings
• 
  Deterioration in Product quality due to improper storage or handling after delivery
• 
  Delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events such as floods, strikes, power outages, or government restrictions
• 
  Any third-party website or service linked from our website

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Pakistani law.
